Foothill
This is one of the foothills to the Lewis Range in Glacier National Park in northern Montana. I tried to find the name for this particular plot of land, but it is not one of the 496 named peaks in the range, presumably because it's not large enough. Just left of center you can see three white seagulls floating in the lake in front of fir trees. The gulls look so tine in front of the fir trees, which themselves look small compared to the massive hill they call home. One of the many reasons I enjoy photographing mountains is this grand scale.
